Scotland Kiltwalk 2015

Scotland Kiltwalk 2015

Each year in Scotland a KiltWalk challenges people of all ages and nationalities in support of children’s charities. This year was no different, except one of our artists took to the streets to join in!

As Scotland’s fastest growing charity event, Kiltwalk raises hundreds of thousands of pounds every year to aid a variety of children’s charities across the country. This year alone, the event is working with 17 charity partners across 6 different events.

Although the Scottish weather wasn’t as dry as many had hoped, the vast majority of the walkers donned their kilts and steadied their goal braving the full route of 26 miles from historical places such as Glasgow, to the beautiful Loch Lomond and Balloch, whilst for others there was also the opportunity to take the 16 or 5 miles routes.

One Thumb Mobile Ltd is proud to have been able to sponsor and support its Principal Artist;  Viktor Saghy through the event.

“The event was great, although the weather was less so, I braved the challenge in support of the charities. Walking 10 hours is something I’ve never done before and my feet did ache afterwards! I initially decided to participate in the Kiltwalk as it is a good challenge and in support of a very good cause. I’m very thankful for One Thumb Mobile’s donation and personal support.“
